A Chicken Named Maria

One of the more bizarre word-combos that go to make up the danish language is mariehøns, the word for ladybirds. At least I thought this was a ladybird, but Google tells me it's a ladybug - is that an american/english thing or a hangover from my childhood? Anyway, høns is danish for hens and Marie is just a name ......hence today's title.

Second day with the macro extension tubes, need a diffuser on the flash and I need to figure out deeper DOF on moving micro life (they don't stay still enough for focus stacking .....which I don't know how to do anyway).
