Progress!

Cutting the hole for the sink ... we even have doors on two of the cupboards!

Nick continues to make an excellent job of fitting the new kitchen - very glad we're paying him rather than trying to do it ourselves!  Gill and I appear to be spending rather more time than we had estimated making sure the right bits are available when he needs them and coordinating between Nick, Bill (electrics) and Gavin (flooring).  Thankfully they are all working well together.  We will be recommending them to our friends.
