Another day another hospital! But to visit the museum at St Thomas' Hospital in London. What you might consider to be a social call!!

R had a meeting in London today and was determined to attend, despite all the events of the weekend. I had planned to go with her to do 'things', so was prepared to be there to see that she was ok.

B took us to Newark to get the train and by chance we met up with friends, so plenty of chat. We headed on to Waterloo to the Union Jack Club to shelter from the cold wet weather until it was time for R's meeting.

Whilst she was busy I visited the very interesting museum which is close to Westminster Bridge.

We had dinner before heading home, after a very successful day. R was fairly shattered, but managed her pain quite well.

B had a busy day looking after Pippa and providing all the care :0)
