Winter fuel

This is next winter's wood pile. We have 6 bays to fill in our wood store, 3 are now full. Lots of sawing, chopping and stacking... a great workout and a  fairly low cost way to achieve it. We take delivery of a lorry load of uncut wood , enough to last us 3 years. Then we set to chopping and storing. I'm delighted our son is staying for a few days!
