Morning Light.....

has been really terrific lately.  I am not sure if it's because of the time of the year and where the sun is coming up, or what.....    I stepped outside this morning to let the girls out to be greeted by this tree, the sand circling the tree and the light.  It was 45 here last night, I didn't think it was cold enough for frost.....   until I realized I was looking at the sand.  Abby and Molly run around the trunk, barking at the squirrels up in the tree.  It has become a game....   the squirrels chatter, then run to the other side of the tree, chatter some more and move again.  Since there are few leaves on the tree this time of the year, I can watch from the porch and watch the game play out!
