Ozzie beach huts.... Just like Southend, right?!!!

Today was an adventure. I had to get into Melbourne and collect my rental car. Drive through the city centre and back to Aspendale Gardens.... It's about an hours drive. I discovered trams are a general pain in the butt and to avoid them, if you want to turn right, you have to go into a special left sided lane and indicate right before turning once the lights turn green.... what the...... Anyway, survive Melbourne CBD and got home via a store to pick up an Australian sat nav.

I live about a 30 minute walk from the beach. About 5 minutes in the car so, my first expedition was to investigate the beach... It's amazing. Goes for miles with white sands, and Southend style beach huts!
