Prawn & Egg Fried Rice

Not much on today as the central heating is still not working correctly. This has produced another wasted day as I had to drive a 60 mile round trip to get a spare part; it should be fixed am tomorrow.
Mrs O is cooking the above for our meal this evening; beats a takeaway anytime!
