Pancake afternoon

Not much time for photos today. When I was out it was raining and when I was at home I was hosting a Pancake Afternoon - couldn't do Shrove Tuesday!
I was well ahead with preparation - as the first guests arrived their pancakes were ready to serve but the small gathering became rather larger than expected - pancakes for 22 in my wee flat. Friends all helped to keep up supple for the demand. I think everyone enjoyed it and the dishes are just about finished - 2nd load in the dish washer
