Dolly's practice sewing

I started sewing this top as a practice run for making it in some Liberty fabric I didn't want to ruin! All I can say is, thank goodness I did, this will need a bit of work to make it right! I wasn't sure about the sizing, so I cut the size up from the one I thought I needed, i should have stuck with the smaller one! Luckily, I will be able to take the side and shoulder seams in and it should fit pretty well, and I will cut the smaller size with my good fabric! After I gave up on the sewing for the evening, I made plantain curry, first time I've cooked with it, it turned out not too bad!
