Frustration

Frustration comes from not having your expectations met.
I expect the same commitment and attention from my colleagues that I give but it's become apparent over the last forty-eight hours that some of them would rather take the easy route and just slide along.
Joshua trained hard in the evening ready for his match on Sunday morning whilst Clare and I matched diaries, Sam however is feeling under the weather.
