After a short stop at Koekohe Beach to see the Moeraki Boulders travelled onto Oamaru

Marvellous place - after discovering some intriguing machines outside the Steampunk Museum - explored the Victorian Quarter - splendid old mill buildings now housing arts and crafts ventures - and steampunk accessories - some traders dressed in Victorian costume

Caught sight of a Vintage and Classic Car rally - taking part in A Pork Pie Run - raising money for for children's charities - leaving the town in convoy - and the filming of a Steampunk short film - limited time precluded me from offering blipping photographic advice

Stayed overnight at Lake Tekapo - after visiting The Mount Cook National Park to see Australasia's highest mountain - Aoraki
