Banana Pancakes

Herr L and I met on the island of Koh Tao in Thailand where banana pancakes are a big thing amongst the backpacking masses. Every now and again we (and when I say "we" I mean me; Herr L would happily admit he can't cook at all) like to make a pancake brunch and pretend we're in Thailand.

The, for February, almost tropical temperature of 15 degrees certainly helped ;-)))
