Gluten Free

I baked a Cherry and Almond Traybake for the start of the new week at the Café.  T's D-in-law and partner have actually had a day off from their café today - the first in quite a few weeks.

Bit of an EB I'm afraid.  Mr T's not been too well today so I'm playing Nurse - he says more like Matron though!!
