Todays Bake.......

Caramelized Red Onion & Goats Cheese Tarts..........Did not get out and about all day, very busy doing whatever ! Today was my last day in the gallery cafe, I'm going to miss this place ! Onward and upward though, change is as good as a rest ! still plenty packing to do, so tomorrow is full steam ahead sorting whats going and whats staying !!! or going to the charity shop !!!.........
