The Olympic Start

Up at 5 and down to the foreshore for my duties at the triathlon.   This was the start of the Olympic course at Horseshoe beach just after sunrise.   It has been a bit of an eventful day as someone I work with had a heart attack while competing.  Only a young chap with a wife and four kids.  He is in hospital now and hopefully will be OK but it was a bit of a shock for us all.

I am likely to be extra busy for a while and so I have turned comments off until things settle down.  Thanks so much for dropping by, much appreciated.
