Hampshire Hog

When I saw that the Hampshire Hog in Winchester was wearing a crocheted shawl I thought that the naked man on his horse just down the road might have been wearing one too but he wasn't.

King William 1 was mortally wounded whilst hunting wild boar and deer in the New Forestnine hundred years ago. The wild boar from the New Forest were probably then domesticated and became the Hampshire Hog.

I was on the way to the Winchester CityMill and when I'd finished he was still wearing his shawl.

Murphy and I have been to agility. Other than the tunnel he's doing really well and we can now do about 12 of the obstacles in a row.

I've then painted some walls in the study in preparation for painting the feature wall.
