Pepper Pizzas

All the goodies of a pizza without the dough.  I know, it's one of my favorite parts too, but this is supposed to be healthier - what you can't see is the ground turkey and marinara sauce.  Getting ready to put them in the oven.

The weather is still pretty mild, but more unsettled today.  It's been great to be outside without a coat and the snow is navigable even by short legged dogs (see extra).

Remembering my mom today on her birthday.  She would have been 98 today.
