Mesembryanthemum

Finally saw the lovely bright flowers out in the sunshine today. I grew these from seed and they all seemed to thrive so I've got them all over the garden now. These ones are in the window box outside the kitchen.

The flowers are nearly fluorescent in colour but you only get to see them when the sun is out. I've loved these flowers for years, but it took me a while to find the seeds as I couldn't remember what they were called (certainly couldn't remember how to spell the name!) but eventually found what I was looking for.
