The groyne

Blipped before, and I'm sure it will be blipped again, this is the Groyne in South Shields. Not a bad day here compared the rain we left behind in Yorkshire, but the sky out to sea looked rather threatening. Not complaining though as it makes a great backdrop for the photo.
