Crash and splash!

A speeding stolen van crashed through the roadside barrier and landed in Whittington Castle moat. Apparently the police have caught the thieves and I believe that no-one was hurt. 

I dread to think about what would have happened if pedestrians had been walking on the pavement at the time. 

It would have made quite a blip to see it being fished out of the water though!
