Parkrun Splash

The weather was not great this morning but I decided I'd brave the elements and do Parkrun.

It was really good fun although the trail section through the woods was very slippery and muddy.

Managed a respectable 22:17

MrsT & L were at the Dolphins swimming club for a main session then a one-to-one leaving me time to do some chores around the house and get dinner.

Movie night tonight at our place. We're watching the Trolls.
