Sunset

in Cape Town. We visited an friend who's husband has cancer and has been going through a very difficult treatment. He was not looking too ill though, it is strange how some people never look bad even when they are terribly ill, but it is a full time job to look after the patient and it made me think about people who don't have a good support net, they can't really get through something like that, Terrible.
