Iridescence

The winter plumage of the starling at its finest, which is more than can be said for me - certainly not at my finest currently. Here I am on Saturday morning - 25th February, back-blipping and awaiting blood test results. At the hands of the NHS (which is usually fabulous) I remain waiting due to a lost or incorrectly labelled blood sample. I wasn't able to establish which, but the result was a need to revisit the surgery for a repeat sample to be taken, this time from my left arm. Since the first was from my right, I'm now on an even keel at least!
