Gifts!!! Woot!

Today the postman delivered a lovely prezzie from a fellow blipper! Really cool fairy lights! Actual fairies! Melody adores them! And so do I! We had a conversation ages ago about how we both liked fairy lights ambience and had kept our Xmas ones up! Now melody can have the same! Thank u Mary - so sweet u didn't have too - I feel like I know u well and we've never met!
In other news melody had nursery 9.30-3 today and grizzled a bit am but not later - and she ate lots of lunch and.... SLEPT IN A COT! this has never happened at home! Her cot is full of stuff we no longer need like door bouncer and tiny clothes!! She was put in when she looked tired - with her pillow and lovey (created especially for nursery - gerrard) and she didn't cry but she laid down and went to sleep in 10 seconds - wtf! I'm glad for her.. But maaan!
I was at home, pacing, and met Chris from work for an update ready for Monday - joy! Made the morning go quick tho.
Then I collected melody - she was reading bear-hunt - then went to mandys to get my roots done and dinner - arranged for mike to collect us so we could have some fine wine :)
Mike and I had words :( crap end to a great day
