York Railway Museum

Had a fab time at the museum , the place is huge and full to the brim with wonderful trains, engines and beautiful carriages from years gone by. We were first in the door and headed straight to the large hall so I did manage a few shots without people in them (phew) . I did get to see The Flying Scotsman but it was surrounded by all the visitors full of excitement , I got a couple of ok shots and I was so pleased to see it. We also had tea and carrot cake in the restaurant.
