Turtle gathering

The turtles were out in force when I was walking round Sharon Woods early this afternoon, enjoying the crazy warm temperatures we experienced today - we topped out at 75F (23C)! It was however very windy, ahead of the cold front which is coming through tonight. As I write this at about 9pm, temperatures are already beginning to fall, and we have had some rain and thunderstorms pass through. The temperatures will continue to drop throughout tomorrow, and by the early hours of Sunday morning we will be down to more usual temperatures of 25F (-3C) - a 50 degree drop on the Fahrenheit scale in about 36 hours!
