A Day Off

I've been in Edinburgh all week!

Yesterday, I had a tough swim in the Commie Pool...just over 3000m and then a hill rep session on Arthur's Seat with Alister the coach and some triathletes from ERC. I was shattered, sore and very pleased that Rosemary's treat was a massage in the evening....well, she had booked me into the physio clinic just below her flat for a sports massage!

Rather than stay in bed all day, I went a walk through Leith Docks. It was always an exciting place for me as a kid...in fact, my earliest memories are of getting taken to see my dad on his ship, the Switha and walking round the docks, seeing all the ships!
