The morning after the night before

Yesterday was quite a day... and l slept soundly only to wake to this .. worth all the horror of the journey  l would say!  It really was a beautiful morning and l made the most of it taking a walk out to the lighthouse.  It was warm if you could get out of the wind and l rather regretted not taking my paints out there and enjoying the sunshine... ah well.. next time.  The afternoon became progressively damp so l gave myself a challenge to do a self portrait... it was a very weird experience.. might have to have another go at it!! (and no..l don't think l will be posting it here!!)
