Nurturing lunch

I had a hot nurturing stew with vegetables and cheese polenta. Very nice as I've been off food somewhat compared to usual.

After eating I had a shower, read a paper and then slept an incredibly deep sleep for about 5 hours. I've not slept so well since the 10th of January. Fabulous! Please let it continue. . .
