Sadie

No flowery words,
No words can truly express
A love that is lost.


We had to say good-bye to our beautiful dog Sadie today.  She was 14 and half years old, was blind and deaf and  was suffering in many ways, although still young at heart.

It is so hard to say good-bye to such a big part of your life and the lives of those around you, but I know it was the right decision.

This picture is of her in younger days, leaping into the lake for the sheer sheer joy of it.   We can learn a lot from dogs.

Goodbye Sadie, you will always be in my heart. xxx
