Shampoo

Came back and went out for a run tonight and didn’t feel too bad. Spent the night sorting stuff out for the holiday and doing more ironing. One of the guys at work has an Australian Labra-doodle as a grand dog. Told him about the shampoo we use for Kilda and he wanted to know what it was.
