Schneckennudeln

They taste better than they look. First time in years I'm baking them.

Schneckennudeln = lit. snails noodles (I like that)
Yeast dough rolls with hazelnut filling.
No sugar coating, I don't like that - egg yolk instead (that's why they are so dark on top).
