Sticking with the macro lens then, today's shot is of a lightning connector for an Apple device.

My iPhone 5s has been plating up recently.

Sometimes it charges OK when inserting the lead and at others it just plays possum.

Today it simply wouldn't charge at all but there was plenty battery power left. 

I think perhaps the receptacle may have pocket fluff inside, or at least that's what I'm hoping!
