Patrick

We went off to Woodgreen Animal Centre at Heydon to see Patrick, bravely fighting our way through everything Doris could throw at us.  He is a very nice cat, sat on Margaret's lap, purred and did all the friendly things that cats do. So, all things being equal, he's coming to live with us next week.

He's had a bit of a hard life so far, a stray from London, and carrying an air gun pellet lodged in his skull.  Hopefully he'll settle down well with us and enjoy his two squares a day and all the comfort he can cope with.
