Stacks Of Pancakes

Today is Miss M's birthday. She's 20!! Can't believe where the time has gone. It doesn't seem that long ago that she was a feisty, red-headed toddler. Now she is a beautiful young lady.

For her birthday brunch she requested American pancakes, bacon, maple syrup and berries. Mr M duly supplies the pancakes - he rather over estimated the amount of batter so a good few have gone in the freezer. They were delicious, although I'm not a fan of the bacon- maple syrup combo.

At Miss M's request, presents are being postponed until Saturday as she is busy at Uni all day and evening. Young Master M will also be back from Austria by then, so we can celebrate all together.
