Wild

There are many Hellebore blips at this time of year and justifiably so.

Most of them are in gardens but this one grows wild in about five locations in the Arnside/Silverdale area.

It is Green Hellebore ( Helleborus viridis). A couple of years ago one location was severely damaged by a caravan site owner. So it is good to see this one near the village doing well.
