Wolfscote Dale

After much deliberation we went walking today, rather than to Hadden Hall as we had planned (apparently due to the bad weather recently, the gardens are in a bit of a state)

We did a circular walk, we had done before, from Hartington - Wolfscote Dale - Biggin Dale Hartington. We had a picnic half way and ended our walk with a trip to the Post Office Tea Room for cream tea! It was just about sunny when we started but it was pretty overcast by the time we finished. It was dry though and we should be grateful for that!!

Now recovering from the walk, before we are off out to see some very good friends. No doubt we will consume a bottle or two, so I thought I would blip now .......
