Early

It was a bonnie morning but the weather forecast for the afternoon was not too great. So I took an early morning cycle to the other side of the island and back. My lungs are still feeling a bit rough so I'm not going very far or very fast on my bike at the moment. Hopefully that will help to get things back to an even keel. If not I'll go and cough at the doctor.
