Dirrington Great Law

It was a good day so we decided to bag a Marilyn in the Lammermuirs. We chose Dirrington Great Law near Longformacus; it was sunny all the way down, but only bright when we were on the hill. There was a little snow on the ground and the bogs were partly frozen so it wasn’t too bad underfoot. The blip is looking south west towards the Eildon Hills and is probably more interesting with the cloud than if it had remained sunny and clear. On the way back we went down to Aberlady Bay, where the extra was taken. It was a really high high tide and with the low sun gave the bay a different look.
