....the looking glass

Today I went to the exhibition of some drawings by Leonardo Da Vinci at the McManus Gallery - a little underwhelming. The visit was made more exciting by the thought that the McManus would be the only gallery in Scotland to have the pictures and they helpfully handed out magnifying glasses so that the visitors could attempt to destroy the works of art by using them to look at the drawings more closely. If you are going to do that, then why lower the lighting?

As for the pic - a covert shot taken in terribly low light with my phone (as no cameras allowed) of a couple poring through books on Da Vinci provided by the museum.
