Sitting still all day yesterday in uncomfy seats has left me seized up today. Fine when sitting or moving but a real old crock changing from one to the other. So out came the pain relief gel...
Lots of busy stuff today and in between V did lots of diary wrangling to book trips and events through the next few months. Had enough free space this afternoon to power through the final (I hope!) draft of annual plan. What a relief! Hobbled home and another early night after catching up with A on her sick bed poor thing
