In the lab

Today we had a wee field trip up to the Mackie's crisp factory in Perthshire followed by a tour and tasting at Cairn o Mohr winery. We were well looked after in both places - quite amazing to see how these things are produced.

Thank goodness it wasn't booked for tomorrow - we have up to 30cm of snow forecast, looks like I won't make my Zumba class after all, damn! ;)
