Promenade

We had walked along the promenade waiting for the time to come to go back home.

For some reason the BA crew was in a hurry to get home. We started boarding more than an hour before the scheduled take off and was in the air before the gate officially closed.

I must say, taking off from the soon to be called Christiano Ronaldo International Airport isn't my favourite, both because we are leaving Madeira and because the pilot has to get an Airbus A320 into the air with only 2,78 m of available runway.

We were safely home at 22:30.
