Juvenile Herring Gull

I have to admit I don't really like these birds. They snatch food from people's hands not only on the waterfront but also in the city centre, they make an awful mess raiding trash cans and their deposits can damage car's paintwork if not quickly removed. Once confined to coastal areas they now appear well inland and are commonly seen over this village. It might be something to do with the fact my neighbour actually feeds them!!
There is, however some colour for the photographer to capture.
