Steps for change.

Walking our country,
Three thousand kilometres,
From top to bottom. 


Today our walking group met Josh. He is doing a charity walk of the full length of New Zealand. He is doing it for a charity group raising awareness of the problems of obesity.The charity is called "Steps for change". When he started the walk he was 150kg, now he is 100kg. This walk of 3000kms was created 3 years ago and some 500 people are expected to do it this year. Josh expects to take 5 months. he carries a tent and enough food for 7 days at a time as a lot of the walk is away from townships.
