Beach Babe

Back blipped Wednesday 22/2/17

We were packed up earlier than expected and on the road by 9.30am.  Crikey, I had forgotten how much "stuff" is needed for a toddler, their big Hyundai 4 wheel drive was packed to the max.  Any rate, we had a good trip down, little miss had an hour sleep which helped.  We stopped at Dingo Bay for lunch at the Dingo Pub, sat outside under the trees but still very hot.  Then on to Hydeaway Bay and found our lovely house overlooking the pool then beyond that the beach......divine.  Iit was terribly hot, the house was like an oven.  We unpacked, then off into the pool which was ridiculously hot as well but refreshing in a wet kind of way.
Took a wander down to the beach, little miss headed straight into the water - they have no fear at this age which is a bit of a worry. 
We were all fading fast, had ourselves an easy tea, drank lots of water and one by one we headed off to bed - enticing as the bedrooms had air conditioning, while the living area only had fans.
