Running freeeeeeeeeeee

Max and Maggie love the beach ... how lucky they were to be adopted by Velvet Frog and Ageing Rockstar ..
We've all been to the seal sanctuary Natureland today ... it's brilliant ... only small but it does the job of nursing sick or injured seals back to health so they can be released into their natural area when they are better .. the babies make an awful lot of noise .
We have also shopped and been out for dinner ... I'm exhausted from being on holiday . Mind you walking 74 miles on the beach IS exhausting .
