Sleeping Beauty

I thought I'd turned a corner and was even doing jobs around the house and garden, but I'm once again in pain.

We went off to the cinema to see Hidden Figures which I really enjoyed, but I couldn't get comfortable as my lower back feels like I've been kicked by a horse( and believe me that's painful, I've been kicked, trod on and bitten by horses.
I'm back on painkillers and just wishing the hospital appointment would hurry up.

Roo is cuddling up to his horse he just loves it.
