Busy ..

Maisie hates going to the groomer. The last time I needed to get her groomed I took her to a different place as the usual groomer was on holiday. Before she was even put on the grooming table Maisie made it very clear that it just wasn't going to happen, so we left, ungroomed.

Later the same day I took her to Pets at Home who, whilst very expensive, were brilliant with her - taking her to all the parts of the grooming parlour and showing her everything to check she'd be happy to be groomed - and she was.

So this time, as the 'usual' groomer was again unavailable, I booked her into Pets at Home. They remembered that she was nervous and put two hours aside to groom her so they could take their time. Here she is all lovely and fluffy and fragrant!

This afternoon our lovely minister friend came around and we ate biscuits and discussed funeral plans.

This evening I had a meeting about probate.
