The House On The Hill

SWMBO used to work in the office here (many years ago) when the owners ran an organic market garden. The rhubarb was sublime.
It was built in 1800 which dates the bridge with the wonky steps and probably the planting of all the mature beech trees. The one in front of the house in this view is a huge specimen and despite the rotting center from ground level to about 8' (which last year had a crows nest about 4' high in it) it seems to be fairly healthy and doesn't rock in the wind.
What is the betting it will be lying flat by the end of the week now I have said that?
